The public website does not require an account. Email and telephone links open your own email or calling application. Messages you send to the gallery include only the information you choose to provide.

Your Light or Dark display preference is saved in this browser so it applies on your next visit.

Inquiries

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, your message, and any inventory objects you select. When online submissions are enabled, this information is stored in the gallery’s private inbox so Charlie can respond and manage follow-up. Private notes and inquiry records are available only to approved administrators.

If the form says online submissions are unavailable, it prepares an email in your own email application instead. You must send that email yourself; opening a draft does not submit a message to the gallery. The website does not save the form contents in browser storage.

Online submissions use temporary rate-limit counters derived from your email and network address to reduce spam. Raw network addresses are not included in the gallery’s inquiry records. Inquiry information is used to handle your request, not to subscribe you to marketing. Contact the gallery to request correction or removal of your information.

Gallery administration

The private gallery office uses Google sign-in through Firebase. Authorized administrators use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage to manage gallery content. Sign-in uses browser storage to maintain the administrator’s session. Public visitors do not need to sign in.

Hosting and external services

The hosting service may process basic request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. External links, including Instagram, Google Maps and research sources, have their own privacy policies. This website does not embed social-media feeds or advertising trackers.
